After Nearly 2 Years, Supernatural Brewing Is Opening In Livonia

The trend of locally brewed beer is one that seems to be more than a passing fad. Livonia native Ernie Pascal has a passion for beer and he will finally get his chance to share this passion with his hometown. Currently residing in Wixom, Pascal embarked on a quest to open his own brewery in Livonia. He started the process over 18 months ago. After meeting with the planning commission and getting the necessary approvals, he found the perfect spot on Plymouth Road, next to Riverside Arena. Bringing his new venture to Livonia was important to Pascal, who has fond memories of his days at Bentley High School.

However, the road to his dream wouldn't be a smooth one. One of the most arduous processes would be obtaining a State liquor license. Pascal, with his never-say-die attitude, was undeterred. Replacing the former Herc's & Midtown Grill, Pascal totally renovated the interior. Given the name "Supernatural", the interior has an eclectic design befitting the name. Opening to the public Wednesday, November 15th at 11 AM, Supernatural Brewing is sure to be a Livonia hot spot for beer enthusiasts.
