Recently, I came across a video that discussed 5 things to ask a professional home stager. I thought it was interesting and wanted to discuss some of the questions in depth. 

Home staging is a key element in selling a home. Many people assume staging isn't important because "I already have furniture!". Professional home stagers know that the way a home is staged is very different than the layout you most likely have currently. They know how to maximize space, what items to match together, and generally how to set the home so that potential buyers can envision themselves living there. It is really an art! So without much more on the general topic of staging, let's take a look at the list.

1.) How long are the homes you stage generally on the market?- A good question. The suggestion from is to look for a stager who can honestly answer less than 30 days.
