A friendly, accessible person, Beth Little easily connects with others. She exudes a kind of confidence that readily puts people at ease, even in the most difficult, stressful situations.
After 15 years as a leader in the Spa industry, Beth asked herself “What can I do next that will utilize my customer service skills?”
Because the process of buying and selling her house intrigued her, Beth chose real estate. Her experiences with these transactions also got her thinking about what it takes to be a top-notch realtor.
Communication, education and being the best are what she has to offer her clients. She strives to be a “number 10.”
In order to be the best, she’s taken the following advanced education courses: The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation, Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification
Beth is skilled in making sure that those she serves are comfortable in what can sometimes be a stressful situation. Detailed and perfection-oriented, she loves educating people, believing that the more her clients know, the happier they’ll be with their purchase.
She tells them “You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m the car and you’re the driver.”
Beth is open, a good listener, and an excellent communicator and would like clients to know that she cares and that she’s as emotionally invested in their transaction as they are. She wants them to be satisfied and will fight for what they want.
Beth currently lives in Livonia with her 8-year old daughter and husband of 13 years. Community minded, she volunteers in the library at her daughter’s school and helps with reading in the classroom. Her hobbies are running and reading.
“My husband’s the interesting one when it comes to hobbies,” she says. “He runs a medieval long sword fighting event and participates in Civil War Reenactments.”
Beth’s service area is Livonia, Plymouth, Canton, Northville and Redford.
