Danielle LeBlanc has been baptized by fire: rental homes. As someone is driven to fix things, hands on, Danielle and her husband (an engineer) plunged into identifying, securing, rehabbing and renting homes in markets in southeast Michigan four years ago, in the aftermath of the great Real Estate Meltdown. Ask anybody–that's a challenge that's not for the faint of heart. But, with such hard won experience, Danielle is impeccably qualified to know the plusses and minuses of property acquisition, and sales, for you–whether you are new to the market or on your second, third or forth transaction.
Having been through the proverbial wringer herself with many real estate agents who don't know how to get back to clients in a timely fashion, who don't ask the right questions or who simply don't care enough to go the extra mile, Danielle vowed to become an agent herself and to work hard for her own clients. To treat her clients the way she would like to be treated.
Having grown up in Livonia, and lived in Westland before moving to Plymouth, Danielle knows the local market. Currently Danielle is handling explosive activity in South Lyon, tends to a maturing but active Canton and is helping lots of folks from out of town, find new homes in the area.
