Brandon Makila feels at home in the collegial atmosphere of Dwellings by Rudy & Hall.
One wintery January, Brandon attended the Dwellings’ Ice Sculpture event where he met many of the realtors at Dwellings. He loved the culture of caring, cooperative agents that Boyd Rudy and Shannon Hall have cultivated. “They felt comfortable, like family,” Brandon says.
A former manager at Trader Joe’s, Brandon excels in sales and customer relations. A good listener, he is methodical, patient, and attentive to detail. He is, above all, a people person who brings his organizational and listening skills to bear on situations in order to discover what clients need.
He believes if you just listen, you eventually come to understand what’s beneath what people say they want. Then you can work on creating successful outcomes.
Brandon’s focused on success. He’s excited by the possibility of helping people fulfill their dreams. He likes houses. He likes people. He loves the ever-expanding horizons that working in Real Estate presents.
“There are so many variables,” he says. “There’s always something to learn and always room to grow and be of greater service.”
Brandon is a hard worker who’s willing to put in the extra time it takes to expedite sales and negotiate deals. Internet and social media savvy, Brandon is naturally curious and a fast learner. He’s excited by the constant challenge of keeping up with the variables. The variety of homes, of markets and of clients stimulates him to be his best for those he represents. He strives to make people happy.
In his spare time, Brandon plays softball. He has 2 children, a 9th grade football player son and a daughter in the 7th grade who’s on a travelling softball team, which Brandon helps coach. His wife owns a business in Northville.
A resident of Livonia, Brandon Makila is an excellent choice if you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the Western Metro Detroit area.
