Ben Lang began his career as an investor in 2002-03 by flipping houses and purchasing rental properties. In 2006 he became an agent, and from 2014 through 2017, he owned his own brokerage. Ben Lang KNOWS real estate.
Recognized by his peers for high volume sales, Ben has coached agents nationwide and has been a motivational speaker at MAR (Michigan Association of Realtors) in Lansing. In addition to being a successful realtor, Ben is a boxing gym owner, and an advocate for Bully Dog Breeds.
Ben grew up in Philadelphia where he developed an “unrelenting drive” to be the best he can be regardless of the obstacles. His life purpose is to inspire others to do the same.
He is known for his integrity, his strong negotiating skills and his straightforward manner—all of which he brings to the table when representing clients during the sales process.
“I don’t sell houses,” Ben says. “I sell myself and my agency.” He is a “no pressure” realtor whose success derives from his ability to form relationships with clients and with other realtors.
Ben’s gym, Unleashed, in Clawson, offers an after school program from 3-4 pm Monday through Friday. Ben has been boxing since he was 13. He first worked with children as a volunteer boxing coach for the Police Athletic League in Lansing.
Ben says “I opened Unleashed for the kids.” He is dedicated to helping all people—but especially young people—better their lives.
Ben is a volunteer coach for his daughter’s soccer team and is very involved in her school. A resident of Royal Oak, he specializes in properties along the Woodward Corridor: Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, Berkley, Clawson, Ferndale and Birmingham.
If you’re looking for a realtor with your best interests at heart, whose rolodex is deep and who will negotiate tirelessly on your behalf, you can do no better than Ben Lang.
